We’re sorry to hear that your Sentimo wasn’t perfect for you! Read about our returns policies and procedures below.

Fill in the return form within 14 days of delivery so we know to expect your return. Once we receive your form, we will send you a return slip to stick to your package before sending it back – please note that without this return slip, we may be unable to locate and process your return. Once you have posted it back, please send us the name of the courier and tracking number for the return.
As our covers are bespoke, we are not able to exchange products. If you would like a different product, or the same product in a different colour/size/design, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
