Shipping & Delivery

Wondering how and when your order will be delivered? Find your answers below.

The maximum delivery time for our covers and accessories is 30 days from the date of purchase, but most orders arrive within 3 weeks. Colour swatches are delivered within 3-4 working days.
Once your order is ready and collected from the factory, you will receive an email from the couriers with your tracking details and estimated delivery date.
During the order process, you should receive three status emails – order confirmation, order in production notice, and delivery information. These will give you an indication of your order status.
For our radiator covers, we do not charge anything for shipping. For our colour swatches and accessories, we do charge a small shipping fee of £4.95.
Our covers are manufactured in the Netherlands, so it is not possible to collect your order.
Most carriers will deliver on floors above the ground floor if a lift is accessible in the building. If your building does not have a lift, please arrange for someone to help the driver carry the goods to the appropriate floor, or alternatively, contact the carrier directly to see if they can accommodate you. Carrier information is provided upon dispatch.
Orders placed on our UK website www.sentimo.co.uk can only be delivered within the UK. If you are happy to pay an international shipping fee, we may be able to arrange delivery to other countries. Please contact us for more information.
